I totally messed up everything at the audition. It went terrible cuz I was nervous and that teacher doesn't really like me a lot. He didn't like the idea of a freshman in a Senior Jazzband. Whatever. I guess instead of a Jazzband I'll take recording classes. That's pretty cool too.

AWESOME! I get to try out for the senior Jazzband!!! The only bad thing is, three other drummers are, too. Who knows how good they are. I talked to my senior friend Mike. He's in the Jazzband. He told me that all I have to do was swing harder than the others. This is how I am encouraging myself. I mean, come on, Swinging harder is my middle name, right? And besides, I've been playing for like nine years! Well whatever. Let the best man win.
